About Me

I have over 25 years’ experience in global human resources management and people leadership so have a track record in getting the most out of relationships, whatever the background, culture, personal style or geographical distance.

I’m a trainer and executive coach with a background in hotels, retail, television and airlines. I’ve worked for privately owned and multi-national brand icons in the UK and Australia, including senior roles at British Airways and IKEA before establishing my own consultancy in 2009.

I build trust quickly and have a down to earth style that I use to create a safe environment and that my clients can rely on and that accelerates discussion, learning and change.  This also helps me identify what’s going on in a business, which allows me to recommend appropriate actions (or reactions) by its leaders.

I’ve managed significant change (up and down as well as cultural) and have embedded the necessary people frameworks to reflect organisational change, transition, transfer of ownership and mergers.

I’m accredited in many business tools such as MBTI®, LEA®, Hogan®, Harrison® profiling tools and the Hay® job evaluation methodology.

Since 2011, I’ve been a judge for the Telstra Women in Business Awards and since 2015, the Telstra Business Awards.  I’ve been an Associate of the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership since 2009.

I’ve travelled the world and for the last 10 years have considered myself extremely fortunate to call Perth home.
