I\u2019m a trainer and executive coach with a background in hotels, retail, television and airlines. I\u2019ve worked for privately owned and multi-national brand icons in the UK and Australia, including senior roles at British Airways and IKEA before establishing my own consultancy in 2009.<\/p>\n
I build trust quickly and have a down to earth style that I use to create a safe environment and that my clients can rely on and that accelerates discussion, learning and change.\u00a0 This also helps me identify what\u2019s going on in a business, which allows me to recommend appropriate actions (or reactions) by its leaders.<\/p>\n
I\u2019ve managed significant change (up and down as well as cultural) and have embedded the necessary people frameworks to reflect organisational change, transition, transfer of ownership and mergers.<\/p>\n
I\u2019m accredited in many business tools such as MBTI\u00ae, LEA\u00ae, Hogan\u00ae, Harrison\u00ae profiling tools and the Hay\u00ae job evaluation methodology.<\/p>\n
Since 2011, I\u2019ve been a judge for the Telstra Women in Business Awards and since 2015, the Telstra Business Awards.\u00a0 I\u2019ve been an Associate of the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership since 2009.<\/p>\n
